The motorized vertical extractor Spider has been built and designed to take the fuel from above from any type of flat-bottomed silo.
Description of the Spider
The Spider vertical motorised extractor has been designed and built to make it possible to draw fuel from Advance tanks with flat bottoms: fuel is extracted from above.
The Spider is placed on the surface of the stored product and during operation gradually draws the fuel down to the bottom of the stocks.
Automatic operation
Spider is equipped with a system that allows it to move independently inside the stock tanks managing inversions and it is provided with a control board that protects the system from surges, overtension and short circuit.
It can also be used for other types and models of tanks and also in custom-built tanks.
Automatic operation can be managed using the Control Panel Drive, through electrical wiring.
Smart management
The Spider motorised vertical extractor has its own control unit that can be connected to the Control Panel Drive, Plc control unit or Nova 3 for intelligent fuel withdrawal management.
